Cold showers post workout

Cold showers are good for hygiene and health. Hot water will remove oils and moisture in the skin but cold showers will not. Cold showers lower body temperature in summer, act as a light massage, increase blood circulation, raise metabolism, and reduce tiredness. But should you take a cold shower immediately after a workout? Doctors say that it's important to maintain an even body temperature.
