Drinking water fights sugar, salt, and fat


The body needs to get rid of all the junk that you put into it: additives, excess sugar, salt, fat, and all the toxins that are products of these. Drinking water helps the body to cleanse itself from this junk. There is plenty of sodium in processed food and it makes you bloated. Drinking water helps to dissolve the excess sodium and expel it from the body.

Coconut water nutrients

Coconut water is found inside the hard nutshell of green coconuts, and it contains nutrients vital for the seed to sprout into a healthy young palm tree. In many Asian and tropical countries, coconut water is believed to provide medicinal benefits: detoxifying the liver, aiding digestion, and fighting diseases like cholera, dysentery and typhoid. But they drink fresh coconut water; straight from
