Drinking water fights sugar, salt, and fat


The body needs to get rid of all the junk that you put into it: additives, excess sugar, salt, fat, and all the toxins that are products of these. Drinking water helps the body to cleanse itself from this junk. There is plenty of sodium in processed food and it makes you bloated. Drinking water helps to dissolve the excess sodium and expel it from the body.
