Food for healthy teeth

What is bad for teeth? Food high in sugar, bacteria that feed on those sugars, and the acid that they produce which eats away tooth enamel. So foods that tackle these three problems are good for your teeth. At the top of the list are fruit and vegetables eaten raw. They are high in fiber and require more chewing, which increases saliva production. This neutralizes acids that attack tooth enamel.
